Hello, two days ago, my account was hacked, and I attempted to reset my password multiple times. I reached out to customer care on the same day but have not received a response yet. It seems the hacker may have also accessed my email, as I received a notification that my account was deleted for violating the terms of service. I have had this account for a long time and always followed the app's guidelines. I have not enabled two-step verification, so I find it strange that it kept popping up. I cherish the memories in my account and would be devastated to lose them due to something out of my control. I never share my password with anyone, so I am unsure how this breach occurred. Hello, I believe that my account has been compromised, as I am unable to access it. This issue has persisted for the past week. Prior to losing access, I encountered various problems with the app, including frequent logouts from Snapchat in quick succession. I also observed unfamiliar contacts being added to my account. Initially, I overlooked these incidents, but last Monday, I was logged out and temporarily suspended from Snapchat. Despite my attempts to unlock the account, I get logged out shortly after gaining access. After updating my Snapchat app, it stopped working. I offloaded it hoping to redownload without issues, but it just showed "open" in the app store with no download option. I then deleted the app and my saved data, hoping this would help upon redownload. However, I couldn't sign in as I forgot my password. I have another account linked to my phone number and main email but don't know which email is linked to the account in question. I've seen others facing similar issues, but I have deleted the app and don't know how to regain access. Is there anything I can do to recover my account or am I out of luck?

Today, there was a significant bug on Snapchat that prevented many users from accessing the app. Although most users were able to fix the issue by deleting and reinstalling the app, I have been unsuccessful in logging into my account. Despite changing my password and trying on LTE, I keep receiving a "check your connection" error. Hi, I encountered trouble logging into Snapchat last night when the app experienced an outage. Since I reside in Spain, I updated my phone number from a UK one to a Spanish number a few months back. Early this morning at 4:49, I received an email from Snapchat claiming that my account was terminated for a terms and conditions breach. I'm experiencing an issue on Snapchat where it keeps showing "can't find matching credential" when I try to log in. Hello, my account has been locked for two days. I haven't used any third-party apps, there have been no security breaches, and I only added two or three friends to receive birthday wishes. I have replied to around 40 messages since it was my birthday. I've attempted to unlock my account, but the request doesn't seem to go through on your site.
