My account has been temporarily locked for about two weeks. Following Snapchat support's instructions, I removed any third-party apps, even though I didn't have any. After waiting 24 hours to log in again, I could access my account for only 6 seconds before getting logged out. Subsequently, I waited for 2 days and faced the same issue of being logged out after 10-20 seconds. Despite attempting to "unlock" my account a few days later, the problem persisted. After yet another wait period, when I "unlocked" it, my account was labeled "permanently locked," even though I managed to log in after 3 days. Repeating this cycle yielded the same frustrating results. Without engaging in any suspicious activities and with secure email and phone contacts, the constant logging out persists without any apparent cause. I have been patient, but this issue is becoming increasingly bothersome.

I recently replaced my old phone due to personal reasons, and now I am unable to access my Snapchat account because it is linked to my old phone number. Despite resetting my password, I encountered a security check for suspicious activity, requiring a code sent to my old phone number or a friend's email that I cannot access. My account has been inexplicably locked. I am requesting for it to be unlocked since my phone number and email are both verified. This issue has occurred repeatedly this week and it has been frustrating. Similar incidents have affected other users, causing disappointment. I recently logged out of my Snapchat account, @girlygirldead, which I've had since [redacted]. I intended to reset the password to prevent being locked out but unfortunately got locked out anyway. My email linked to the account is associated with my spam account (@girlygirlspam), and my phone number is linked to an unknown account. I am unsure how to recover my password. I am willing to provide past passwords and associated email addresses to verify ownership. This account holds precious memories of my child, and I am eager to regain access.

I recently created an account in January, which was unexpectedly blocked. After receiving an email stating it was a mistake and providing a link to unlock it, my attempts failed, resulting in permanent lock with a score of [redacted].[redacted]. Despite only sharing personal photos and connecting with known contacts, the same scenario occurred when I made a new account 15 days ago with a score of 9.[redacted]. Snapchat claimed it was accidental but both accounts remained permanently blocked. My mom recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max and she had her Snapchat logged in on both that phone and her iPhone 11 Pro Max. After deleting data on the iPhone 12 to restore it from a backup, she faced an issue with logging back into Snapchat. The verification code is being sent to an old email address that she no longer has access to as the email domain has changed. Despite knowing the password, she's unable to access the verification code. She's worried about losing access to her account and all the photos and videos stored in the memories. Today, while using Snapchat, I discovered that my personal information had been altered. Both my phone number and email address were changed without my consent, indicating that my account had been hacked. The sequence of events was suspicious—I was logged out, the app glitched, and upon trying to regain access, I was unable to verify my password. During this ordeal, I was on the phone with a friend who engaged with the hacker via text messages. The hacker, requesting phone numbers for Cash App payments, promptly blocked my friend after communicating. The hacker now has access to my phone number associated with Snapchat. I am eager to regain control of my account, restore my password, and perhaps update my contact information to secure my account. How can I reclaim my account successfully?

I require assistance in regaining access to my account. Recently, I received an email notification about a login from a different location and subsequently received another email stating that the Authentication App Login Verification was enabled. Despite changing my password, I am unable to regain access as it now requires a code generated by an authentication app, which I do not possess because the hacker configured it. Additionally, I received another email stating a login from the same location on another device. I am willing to provide any necessary information to recover my account, which contains valuable memories. I am concerned about losing my streaks and urgently require the two-factor authentication to be disabled, as it was activated by the hacker.

On April 14th, a tragic incident occurred where my best friend's 17-year-old son, Kyle Charles, took his own life while on Snapchat. A girl called [redacted], leading the police to Kyle's apartment. Despite their presence, the police did not enter immediately, and Kyle's mother, Cathy Calle, had to discover her son's body hanging in his closet. I've not violated any community guidelines, so I'm confused why my account keeps getting permanently locked. Each time I log in, it kicks me out within seconds, showing the message "account has been permanently locked." Even when I try to create a new account, it gets locked out immediately. My account is @backendbreaker, and I really hope you can resolve this situation as it's becoming frustrating. The system prompts me to wait for 7 hours to unlock, but the issue persists. I recently got a new phone and transferred all my apps, including my social media accounts. However, I am facing an issue with my Snapchat account. My username on my account, twintrip17, is EllieTyler, but when others see me on quick add or try to add me, it shows up as Ellie Metcalfe X. I have never used that name before and I haven't used her phone number or email as I don't know her. This mix-up is causing confusion and trouble as people think I am impersonating her, but that is not the case. I suspect it may be a glitch, but I haven't been able to figure out what happened. I've attempted to report the issue, but the options provided only relate to camera or filter bugs. I've tried logging out, changing my display name, removing my contact information, but nothing has resolved the problem. I hope to uncover the cause of this issue without having to create a new account, as I rarely use Snapchat and only change my display name when necessary.

I've been facing issues with Snapchat for some time now. I've attempted to back up my memories, but it always fails. Even after waiting for over an hour, nothing happens. Recently, I deleted and reinstalled the app, and although I could post on my story, my memories from the past few months are missing. I had precious pictures with my sister that I would like to retrieve. I tried downloading my data per a suggestion, but the memories from the last few months are still absent. I'm Alicia, Wesley's mother. He's in trouble at school over a conversation on Snapchat with another student. The other parents have shown me pictures, but Wesley denies ever talking to her that night. He claims there are no conversations on his chat wall now since they may have been deleted. I need to know if you can retrieve the conversation from your end, verify his location at the time, or check if his account was accessed elsewhere.

I am having trouble accessing my account despite resetting my password multiple times. I am unable to log in even after following the steps to reset the password. I recently changed my password to enhance the security of my account. However, after receiving a confirmation message that my password was successfully updated, I encountered issues logging in. Despite changing the password multiple times on 05/08/21 and receiving the successful update confirmation each time, I am unable to access my account using the new password. This is preventing me from logging in and accessing my account as needed.

I am frustrated as my Snapchat account got locked for following too many people quickly. Unfortunately, I am unable to unlock it through the website as I no longer have access to the authentication app on my old phone for the verification code. Even the recovery code I saved previously is not working. I really need my account back and would appreciate any help in unlocking it.
