I am having difficulty logging into my account to reset my password. Whenever I try to use my old email address to reset the password, it keeps saying the email is invalid. Then, when I attempt to log in using my username and old password, it says the password is also invalid. I am unable to access my Snapchat account and no longer have the phone number I initially used to create the account. Hello, my name is Angel. I'm reaching out because my Snapchat account got hacked. A family member contacted me, asking to use my Snapchat, and I agreed, thinking it was genuinely them. Suddenly, I couldn't access my account, and it said my password was wrong. My Snapchat username is sugar-beee. Earlier today, my snap score was around 80,[redacted], and I had posted a picture on my story. I suspect they might have changed my email or phone number as I can't recover my account using them. My account contains important pictures and contacts of family members. I am hoping to provide proof of my identity or have some of my contacts verify my account to regain access. Thank you.

I recently found my account wrongly flagged as spam. The customer service chat included unprofessional use of pig emojis to describe my account, which was both unhelpful and disrespectful. I am unsure if my account is permanently disabled or temporarily locked as I have not received any clarification on this matter, preventing me from accessing my account.

I changed my passwords on my phone at school and didn't write them down, now I'm locked out of my Instagram, Twitter, and emails. Can you help me recover my "eyes only" password? I have important private stories I don't want to lose. This all happened while setting up my new phone, and I'm afraid of losing all my photos if I attempt to change it. My Snapchat account under the username "ellmartin" was deactivated after being hacked by someone in Chicago. Despite going through the necessary steps via text to secure my account, I received an email instructing me to log in. Unfortunately, when I attempted to do so, it stated my phone number and email were incorrect. I have always used the same email and phone number for this account since I first got Snapchat. I am eager to regain access to my account. Please link my account with my email "[redacted]". I have many friends and cherished photos on Snapchat that I do not want to lose.

My account was hacked, and the hacker changed my password, email, and phone number. I am unable to access my account. The hacker is saving conversations and photos from my friends and blocking those who respond. I need assistance in removing the hacker and protecting my personal information and memories.

My account was hacked. The hacker changed my password, verified email, and deleted my account. It is currently deactivated and will be deleted soon. I have emails to support my claim. Clicking 'not me' redirects me to reset password, sending emails to the hacker. Please help me retrieve my account.

I've been attempting to access my old account for several months now. I have all the necessary account credentials: user [redacted], email: [redacted], password: 2r1eceg6. Unfortunately, my two-factor authentication has posed an obstacle as my phone, along with my phone number and recovery code, was destroyed in a recent car accident. I'm determined to regain access to my Snapchat account, but I'm currently without my old number or recovery code, as my previous number has been reassigned and the new owner is uncooperative.

I recently discovered that my account was deleted. I have noticed that some female users are posting content even more inappropriate than what I posted. I can't help but feel discriminated against simply because I am male. It is disheartening to see that some users, particularly females, can create premium accounts with no consequences, while my account was deleted after sharing a few pictures with my girlfriend. Snapchat was my primary means of social interaction, as I do not have Facebook or Twitter. Losing my account has cut me off from my friends. I kindly request to have my account reinstated.

I recently upgraded to the new i11 and noticed that the "Eyes Only" option is missing from the right side, unlike before. Instead, I only see the "Camera Roll" and "Snaps." I have not reset my password and could not find any solutions online for my issue. I have already cleared the cache and refreshed the app, but when I try to save a photo to "Eyes Only," it seems like it's the first time I am setting it up. I'm hesitant to proceed with the setup as I'm concerned it might erase the previous folder. Can someone assist me in reloading and making the "Eyes Only" feature reappear? I am unable to locate it on the app.

My Snapchat account is currently temporarily locked, and I'm unsure why. I suspect it may be due to accepting multiple friend requests without verifying my email. Despite waiting over 24 hours and attempting to log in again, my account remains locked. I'm concerned about losing access as I've had this account for almost four years and it contains many cherished memories.

I signed up for an account and utilized the one-month free trial. After the trial period ended, I didn't continue with the subscription since I had another account. Today, when I tried to recover my initial account, I was prompted to pay the $11.99 membership fee, which I did. Now, I'm stuck at a step requiring an additional payment to access my account, even though I thought I had completed the process. I'm unsure of what my next steps should be.

I shared a personal memory on my Snapchat story on December 19th that I now realize I didn't save on my phone. The post is a picture of the Novella Theatre in London from my 18th birthday celebration with a friend. I tried accessing it through the Snapchat website without success. My daughter's account, which contains sensitive pictures of her, has been compromised by a hacker. They are now making threats and she is unable to access her account as they have changed all the information. The hacker has already begun posting pictures and the situation is escalating. We have involved the police as this is a serious federal offense. It is vital to close this account and track the IP address for further action.

Yesterday at 7.30 pm, I accidentally locked my Snapchat account. Despite following all the recommended steps and waiting for 24 hours, my account remains locked. I have an iPhone 11, don't use third-party apps, haven't been spamming, and am sure I haven't been hacked. I've tried additional suggestions and clicked various links without success. I am still unable to unlock my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday evening (20/12/19), my Snapchat account was temporarily locked. I received an email notifying me about the lock and was informed that it would be resolved in a few hours. However, after 24 hours, the issue persists. Clicking the unlock link in the email leads to an error message stating, "we are sorry, we are unable to do so." I am being bullied on Snapchat by a user with the handle "ammentlpse." They are extremely rude and have pressured me into uncomfortable situations. They have obtained pictures of me without my consent and I fear that if I block them, they will share these pictures. I feel hesitant to take action due to this threat. The user is urging me to block them, but I am scared of the consequences. I need help dealing with this situation.
