I decided to take a break from social media for a few days and asked someone to maintain my Snapchat streaks for me. When I tried to change my password on the Snapchat website to something easier for them to use, the process seemed successful, but when I tried to log back in later, I couldn't access my account. I've had this account for years and all my photos are on there, so losing access to it has been very distressing. Despite the website indicating the password change was successful, I found myself locked out of my account. My username is montana_henry10. I hope that the issue can be resolved promptly so I can regain access to my account.

Recently, my Snapchat account logged me out repeatedly, and I noticed someone was accessing my account without my consent. I received messages that seemed out of character, and when I questioned my cousin about one such interaction, I discovered that my account was hacked. The hacker tried to manipulate her into inappropriate behavior, making it clear that my account was compromised. This intrusion led to inappropriate messages being sent, screenshots of private conversations taken, and threats made to my friends. Despite changing my password, the hacker still gained access to my account and even my email, attempting to cover their tracks. Although I updated my passwords, I am concerned about the possibility of future breaches given the persistence of the hacker's attempts.

I have encountered an issue with my Snapchat account under the name Thomas. Originally, my email was [redacted], but due to a hack, I transitioned to [redacted] Despite my attempts to update my email and phone number to [redacted]7, the hacker persistently reverts the email back to [redacted] I have repeatedly tried to deactivate the account to no avail. It appears the hacker, potentially someone I know, has taken control by changing the password, email recovery, and phone number, leaving me locked out. I urgently require assistance in shutting down the account.

This is concerning. I was contacted by a Snapchat user (@huntah130) who requested pictures and claimed to be a girl. After my friend received explicit videos from them, including a screenshot of my picture, I realized they might be using me to obtain more images. My friend reported this behavior, but I am worried. Is there a way to have my photo removed from the user's phone? It's just a selfie, but I am uncomfortable with them having it. Additionally, the explicit content they possess also needs to be addressed. Thank you for your prompt response.

Yesterday afternoon on 12-7-18, I encountered an issue with Snapchat. When I tried to log in, there were glitches and most of my streaks disappeared. After some time, it finally loaded but some streaks were still missing. Oddly enough, everything was fine that morning with all my streaks intact, and I was able to view snaps and send Snapbacks. The glitch disrupted my Snapchat experience as I lost some streaks. Fortunately, I managed to retain some streaks by sending snaps later in the night. I'm puzzled by what caused this sudden change. I've made sure to send my streaks daily, so I believe I didn't lose them. My Snapchat username is ashleesoftball.

I have downloaded the data for the account 'Roryneedalife'. I require the information stored since June up until now. I created a new Snapchat account last December because I couldn't remember my old one. When I tried logging in, I mistakenly entered my email to verify, not realizing it was for the old account. I then tried to login to my new account but forgot the password. I attempted to reset it, but the system kept prompting me to use my old number, which is no longer active due to a new phone and SIM card. My streak partner, JoIsis.xo, and I had a [redacted]-day streak that disappeared today. I have many streaks, so I know that if the hourglass icon appears, it means we didn't snap each other that day, but we did snap each other. I sent a snap of my workload from my job, and she responded with sticking out her tongue and laughing emojis. She is currently my yellow heart person on Snap as well, so we've been snapping to maintain that title. We were upset and confused when our snap streak vanished, especially since no hourglass icon appeared. We just woke up, and it was gone. Can anyone restore our streak? We'd greatly appreciate it.

I turned on my phone and opened Snapchat, but all the names appeared with missing letters and weird symbols. I attempted to close and reopen the app, but the issue worsened. I then deleted and re-downloaded the app, with no success. Logging out and back in, only a few letters were visible. I tried to log in blindly, but could not input my information as the login screen was unresponsive. I have been experiencing these problems all day without improvement. I have images to share in a subsequent email. It seems like a possible hack, though I am uncertain. The problem seems isolated to my phone, as I can log in successfully on other devices.

My friend and I have been unable to log into Snapchat for hours now. The issue arose when we logged out and tried to log back in. Recently, my Snapchat account got logged out, which has happened before. However, this time, I can't log back in, and it's telling me that my email and phone number are invalid. I've used these contact details to reset my password in the past and they are verified on my account. I've been reaching out to Snapchat through emails, but I keep receiving the same unhelpful automated responses. Although they claim to have sent me an email, I have checked thoroughly and haven't received anything. I express this to them, but they only refer me back to their website for solutions that haven't worked for me. I am dealing with a cyber stalker situation. Despite blocking him, he has resorted to creating multiple fake Snapchat accounts to threaten and harass me, even suggesting he could hack my account. Feeling unsafe, I re-added his original account out of fear but he persists in sending me spam messages. I am at a loss for how to escape this ordeal. I am hesitant to involve the authorities, but it seems like my only option. It is distressing that Snapchat lacks direct customer support to address serious issues like mine.
