If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I noticed my snapchat kept logging me out, and I had to keep signing back in. Then noticed snapchats were being opened without me opening them. Then I received a snapchat from my cousin and she seemed to be in mid conversation with someone so I automatically presumed she had sent it to the wrong person. I sent one back saying think you got the wrong person... and she said no it was meant to go to you. She the proceeded to tell me I was apparently forcing her to add a guy on snapchat and to sext him and apparently was trying to get my own cousin to have *** with me. The person who has hacked me obviously did not realise that she was my cousin so looks a bit stupid but she knew it wasn’t me and that’s when I realised someone was hacking me. Over the past few days people have been recieving snapchats that I have most definitely not sent out and they have screenshotted private conversations and pictures of people and have threatened my friends. I have changed my password but they managed to get onto that & they have hacked into my email address and are deleting emails straight away so I can’t notice they have changed the password again. I managed to change it again and hopefully have managed to change my email password so they shouldn’t be able to log on again for now but if they’ve done it once they can probably do it again.
