This can be on a large scale via bugs, via providers (android or IOS) and in cases individually. *Technical support is improving the way we use Snapchat everyday but errors can still occur. *In your case with have seen Issues with IOS from version *.*.* up until the current **.*.*. With Apple announcing updates yearly, Snapchat Inc have to update to become compatible and technical issues occur.*Problems with unwanted saved chats, images and photos are an underlying factor.*Again this could be down to several other factors* upgrading your handset, downloading the latest IOS version, installing and reinstalling Snapchat. *Another elements we have seen is loggin out of Snapchat into other devices or handset. If the chats haven’t been active from the original chat date, dates of change will sometimes ocour from the last switch activating a new chat date within that individual chat or chats. *This is more likely the case for your current issue, yet we cannot confirm this fully without physically having the cell phone to investigate.*I hope this helps with your concerns and issues.
