I have a Snapchat account that I made in late November early December of ****. My username is Mandi*one*, the email linked to the account is *****@***.com. The account is under my name Mandi Dougherty. The problem is The phone I made the account broke which was a ZTE blade max. I just recently bought a new phone same brand just a different model because the account is linked to my old phone number which was ***-***-**** so when I go to request a new password it send a code to that number and nothing to my email. I would really like to be able to access my original account. I still have the email I just forgot the password and I don't have a recovery code because i don't remember seeing anything about that. I would like to get into the account and update it to my new phone
GetHuman-steviebo did not yet indicate what Snapchat should do to make this right.
