I accidentally opted in for a premium subscription and haven’t even used the smilebox premium yet, not realizing that it was a full annual payment so I canceled it because I don’t have the money and I won’t be using smilebox at all so I would like to request a refund.
GetHuman-mirandxl did not yet indicate what SmileBox should do to make this right.
I have an issue with SmileBox too
