I cancelled my subscription to smilebox last year and I’ve been charged for another year’s subscription. My name is Teresa Ramirez. My Visa card ends in ****. The reference number for a charge of $**.** on my credit card is J*XSKKGT* and it was charged on ********* for the Smilebox product. * *Please cancel this subscription once and for all and please refund this charge to my credit card. I have not used your product for *-* years, possibly longer. **Please let me know when and what actions you’re taking.
This is frustrating because subscription was charged over a year ago. Do not want to deal with this charge again next year.
