You can cancel your service with Sling at anytime. If you call into 1-888-361-7149 or log into your account you can cancel it. You will need will need your login details to get on your Sling account. You will not receive a refund back unless you call into Sling support. The best time to cancel is at the end of your billing cycle but reach customer support at 1-888-361-7149 click 1 the 1 again and 3 for customer support.

I signed up for orange * blue service, paying for two months. When I chose the delivery method I picked normal service from Amazon. After seeing that I would not receive the fire stick until May *th, I decided to go back to the one week free Amazon prime for $*.** as I want it sooner. I should have contacted you then, but tried to correct by delete service, then begin again. I may now have more than one subscription. Can you help me to have the only my desired service, with fast Amazon delivery?

I reached a customer rep. I told her that I placed my order, hit the button to redeem the fire stick from Amazon. When I realized that it would not be delivered until May, I attempted to cancel my order and purchase again. In doing so, I was concerned that I had signed up for more than one service. The lady checked my account and assured me that I only had one service. She could not however, change the delivery date for the device because that was Amazon's business. I will just wait until it arrives. Thank you.
