I would like someone to contact us. I find it frustrating that as a customer, we are unable to speak with a live representative over the phone. The Sling phone number listed on your website does not work. We would appreciate a call back on our home phone number: [redacted]. Our names are D. and C. Fischer. My husband's email is [redacted], and mine is [redacted] I have already spent a considerable amount of time chatting with someone this morning regarding our problem, but we have yet to receive any follow-up. Our issue remains unresolved, and we are becoming increasingly frustrated.

I canceled my Sling TV subscription in April [redacted] and removed my credit card details before a $35 charge appeared on August 26, [redacted]. Despite numerous failed attempts on August 26 to contact Sling TV's customer service via phone and live chat, I was unable to resolve the issue. The following day, August 27, I waited on hold for 1 hour and 3 minutes before being disconnected from the call.

The captions continue to be misaligned with the voices. Despite submitting a help ticket, no action has been taken. On many preprogrammed shows, the captions lag or precede the dialogue, making it difficult to follow the storyline. Following online advice to toggle the captions on and off does not consistently resolve the issue. This problem disproportionately affects viewers who are deaf or hard of hearing, like me, as it hinders our ability to fully enjoy the content we pay for. A streaming service aimed at the public must prioritize accurate captioning to ensure equal access for all viewers. Presenting captions that do not sync correctly is as detrimental as not offering captions at all.

On September 19, [redacted], my husband and I were watching Thursday night football on our Sling account when the screen started buffering. Eventually, it went black and displayed a message saying "temporarily unavailable to load content." We tried using different devices, including a landline Wi-Fi, AT&T account, local phone service, and our tablet, but nothing worked. We contacted customer service, but unfortunately, neither representative listened to our concerns. Despite explaining that the channel was no longer available after we were already watching it, they insisted the issue was on our end. After over 20 minutes on the phone, the representatives still did not acknowledge that the channel was suddenly gone and wouldn't load on any of our four different devices with different providers. We believe we should be refunded for the service that we are paying for but not able to use. It's frustrating to be promised a channel and then not have it work as advertised.

I subscribed to SLING TV to watch the SEC Network, but unfortunately, I do not have access to it or ESPN U as promised. Missing out on watching my favorite team play has been disappointing. Additionally, I realized that I do not receive any local channels like Channel 5 or CBS. The $60 bill for services I don't use is also concerning. I prefer to stick with Netflix and may try Philo for my football needs. It's frustrating that reaching a person for help is not possible when I encounter problems with SLING. I believe I should receive a partial refund for the misleading channel information provided. I intend to cancel my SLING subscription after this month since communication seems to be only online without a customer service number available. Having a phone representative could have prevented these issues. Please cancel my SLING TV subscription. Thank you. Kevin O'Shea

I would like to request the cancellation of my SLING subscription and a refund of $60 for the channels I regularly watch. I mainly watch SEC Network, ESPN U, and local channels, such as CBS, NBC, and FOX for NFL games. Unfortunately, I have not been receiving these channels as promised during sign up. Furthermore, pausing the service for more than a few minutes leads to channel changes and re-starting shows. Due to these issues, I am considering switching to PHILO for a more reliable experience. I am hoping for a refund, or at least a partial refund, for the inconvenience. I will patiently await improvements from SLING before potentially returning in the future. Thank you, Kevin O'Shea

I was charged $47.68 by Sling.com before my trial ended, even though my monthly fee is only $25. I can't find anyone to help me with this issue. It caused an overdraft in my account, and I didn't authorize this payment. I want a refund and have bank statements to prove it. I signed up for Sling Orange and Blue and expected to be charged after my trial, not before. I also thought I would have access on 3 to 4 devices simultaneously, which is not the case. I am unhappy with the way Sling TV has handled my subscription. I cancelled within the free seven-day grace period, then re-subscribed, assuming I was still covered under the initial trial, only to be charged $34.99 unexpectedly. I have not watched any content on the platform after cancelling. I demand a refund promptly. I intend to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau, as well as to my local Representatives and Senators to shed light on the practices of your company. I recently signed up for a service but encountered issues within the first 2 hours and tried to cancel. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone after a 45-minute wait. Despite trying to address my concerns through various channels, including Facebook, I faced challenges with unhelpful customer service representatives, except for Jessica S. The lack of assistance and the blocking on social media by Freida A have left me frustrated. The refusal to provide a refund despite my early cancellation attempt is disappointing, and the overall customer service I received was unsatisfactory. I am seeking a resolution to this matter as the $30 refund does not compensate for the poor experience and the lack of assistance. I am determined to escalate this until it is resolved properly.

I have been billed for two months without being able to utilize the service. I am looking to terminate my subscription and receive a refund for the recent charge. Despite not being able to use the service, I am struggling to reach a live representative to address this matter. I prefer not to resort to social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook for customer support. I recently activated my Sling TV for viewing. However, I encountered an unexpected update message without clear information about it potentially incurring a fee. Assumed it was a general free update for better performance, but upon further review, it seemed like it might involve an additional charge. When trying to reach Sling TV by phone, I discovered the numbers were no longer in service. Feeling confused and discontent, I prefer not to proceed with the update if it affects my current rate. I signed up for a Sling free trial a week ago and was careful to mark my cancellation deadline on my calendar. I intended to cancel by 2:00 pm on Saturday, 9/28 to avoid being charged. To my surprise, I cancelled on 9/27 and found out that I had already been billed. I suspect there was an error in my calendar, causing me to miss the correct cancellation date. I was charged a day earlier than expected. I am uncertain about the source of the mistake, but I am requesting a refund of the $30 charge for the upcoming month. I also kindly ask to terminate the service immediately since I do not wish to continue using Sling until 10/27. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, I have been experiencing an issue with certain Sling channels where the program abruptly stops, and the screen goes black or returns to the Roku Home Page. To resume watching, I have to reselect Sling, then the channel, and finally find the spot where I left off since the resume option is missing. This issue mainly affects TCM, The Food Network, and Hallmark channels, although it occurs with others as well. Interestingly, this problem doesn't occur with other Roku streaming services or on my PC using the same WiFi network. The problem seems to be limited to Sling. This recurring problem has become quite frustrating, so I would appreciate it being resolved. Thank you.

I purchased the Errol Spence Jr. and Shawn Porter fight, but I couldn't watch it because Sling doesn't have Fox Sports Network. I am disappointed because I had friends over specifically for this event, and we were unable to view it despite it showing as ordered. If I'm not billed for the fight, I would like a refund. As a loyal Sling customer, this situation has left me very dissatisfied. I'm unsure why the option to order the fight was available when it isn't accessible due to Sling's negotiation issues with Fox Sports Network.

I have scheduled some programs for daily recording. However, some days they are recorded, and for several days, they are not. I would like to understand why the service is inconsistent. Due to the missed recordings, I believe I should receive a refund for one month. If this issue persists, my friends and I are considering canceling our Sling subscription due to the lack of reliability and customer support. Despite this, I do appreciate the feature that allows me to fast forward through commercials.

I recently canceled my subscription, but I noticed a pending charge on my account. I went back to the Sling website and saw that my account was still active. I canceled it again, but I am concerned about the pending charge and want to ensure I won't be charged next month. I need a refund for the pending charge and confirmation that my subscription has indeed been canceled. It's frustrating typing all of this out instead of speaking with someone directly.

I was unable to access the Fox station last night. I would not have renewed my subscription with Sling two days ago if I had known that Fox TV would no longer be provided. I am requesting to cancel my Sling subscription and receive a refund for the payment made on Sep 29, [redacted], for a total of $43.29. The payment was processed by Sling knowingly, but the service (Fox TV) I subscribed to is no longer available. My name is Patricia McGee.

I'm unable to access Formula 1 races on SlingTV through ESPN3 like I could before. This is the primary reason I have SlingTV. I used to watch previous races on demand, but now I can't even find them on the ESPN3 channel. Recently, I've been using ESPN+ to watch the races, but unfortunately, the latest race is no longer available on there. I want to have the flexibility to watch practice, qualifying, and the race on my DVR without any problems, whenever I have the time, and for as many times as I'd like.

I am currently waiting for my refund from sling TV. I cancelled before the trial offer ended primarily because I couldn't get football games and live TV to work. I enjoy watching NFL and college football, but the service didn't meet my needs. I've contacted customer service multiple times through various channels but haven't gotten a resolution. I believe I was charged after the free trial without my consent. I'm doing my best to remain patient and reasonable in this situation, as I was promised the content I desired when signing up. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Thank you.

Dear Sling TV, I kindly request to not add any additional services such as DVR or extras to my current package. If there are any unauthorized charges, I will promptly seek a reversal and consider canceling the service, which I currently appreciate.
