My issue is the same issue I have been dealing with since the *st of the year, the last time I spoke to someone was on the **th of this month ****- March, my TV is still going black when watching a program, any programs, any time of the day on all my TV's, I have to go out of Sling & click back on, this is getting very annoying, I would rather speak to a human being, my time is Important to me like Slings time is to them, I don't know what the problem is & why this issue can't be fixed, we have already did a lot of trouble shooting, it's ok for a few days and then it happens again,every day all day while watching TV, will you please take care of this & I would like a phone number to call instead of doing this time consuming thing, I am a paying customer, I love Slings, I think you guys are the Best ones out here, please continue to provide the Awesome service you Promised........
