I started a subscription two months ago, then over a month ago my account seemed to just start over like i was a new customer. I couldn’t access anything to watch tv. I tried canceling because of this issue and it seemed as tho my card wasnt even on file. Then this morning i get debited for $**. I would like my money refunded because i have not been able to use your services and I want whatever information you have on me erased and unsubscribed from whatever it is
GetHuman-magicsti did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
