It was my intention to have one account with your company. When I signed into the sling app on my firestick it somehow created two. I just realized today that I had been charged twice for the last three months. The rep and her supervisor that I spoke with said due to your policy I was not entitled to a refund. Even though my intention was to only have one account with you and believed I was longing into the ONE account I had. I have cancelled my account(s!!!?) with your company and will not ever use your services, or recommend them to anyone.
GetHuman-scottnle did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
