I couldn't get the service representative to research the information about the usage of their service and to see that the billing of my account was in any way incorrect. Having only used the service for a few hours on the day I started the one week free trial and finding that I would not be able to have the option to use it for an extended time. I went to the web site and entered this information as well as alerting them to my canceling of my account. I have not used the service of tried to use their services since then. Appon returning to my home from outside the boundaries of cell phone service I checked my email and finding that they had billed me I spent three hours on line recanceling my account and communicating with them . First was to ask why they had not respected or registered my canceling the service the week before. They said that I had not informed them until the second time I filled out the form after the billing date. I thought the web site had received my canceling entry the first time but they would not accept this. I think that the data was lost by them. They said that I had not informed them until much later and that they could not admit to the possible mistake on the part of their data handling. I pointed out that I had only used the service for a few hours on the day I started the free trial and that they were not being taken advantage of in any stretch of the imagination.and the charges for a full month was unreasonable. Their response was that I was at fault for the lack of communication and they were NOT RESPONSIBLE and not going to refund any of my money...THEY had it and that was that.I figure this cost me about $**.** per hour to watch TV.
