This is a follow up to a message I just sent you - regarding case * ******* - the number Levante gave to me last week - please stop billing me - I have had no service from Sling since I cancelled my trial subscription earlier this year - March, I think or February - before the time period was up and you have proof it was cancelled but you have billed me every month since May then. The rep today took all my info and send he would send it on - but that is what I was told last week as well. Alix Baxter
GetHuman-alixbaxt did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
