Sling TV won't offer me a refund even though I cancelled the service immediately

Watch the World Cup and when it wasn't available, get a refund. ... I ordered Sling TV to watch the World Cup only to discover my viewing area only offered half of the advertised games. I cancelled the service less than an hour later after ordering. Sling TV has refused to offer me a refund saying I bought a "pre-paid" service and they don't offer refunds. At first I tried calling, and waited on hold for over an hour before giving up. Then, I got on an online chat and was ***th in line. It took over an hour and half to get a person. Then, after they refused to offer the refund, they told me I could call and give a complaint. I'm not sure anyone ever actually answers their phones.
It wasn't very clear on the site whether the games would be televised in my area. Only after ordering was I able to clearly see that they weren't. I didn't use the service at all. I cancelled it immediately. Sling TV was totally unwilling to do anything about it.
I want my money back.
I was a new customer and expected they would be more accommodating of the mistake. They made it seem as if they have no ability to offer a refund like this because it is a "pre-paid" service. I don't believe that to be true. Any company has the resources to refund.
I'm going to attempt to file a complaint with my credit card vendor to see if that does anything.
