Last Monday, ******, I signed up for a * day free trial but for some reason, it wasn’t working so I assumed it hadn’t gone through because I wasn’t a new customer. I had Sling in the past. Yesterday *******, I signed in just to make sure I wasn’t going to be charged and I was prompted to sign up again as if i did not have an account so I exited out of it and thought I was ok. Today, I noticed a charge of $**.** on my bank account from Sling. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund please. Thank you in advance.
