I booked my flight tickets on skyscanner. com with Norwegian airline to Barcelona, Spain. Unfortunately, I was not inform by Skyscanner that my husband needed a visa to enter Barcelona, because he holds a China passport. I never receive any notification or email reminder about our flight after I complete booking my tickets. There was no communication or email about what I need to do before our departure. When we checked in last night at Newark airport, that's when I find out that he needed the visa. Norwegian was kind enough to rebook our flight for tonight. We went to the Spanish Embassy, then they said we don't have an appointment that we have to go to another location. But the other location said that it will take over a week to get the visa and was unable to help us. Therefore, my husband and I can't get on the flight to Barcelona tonight.*I have called and spoke with customer service in Norwegian and they informed me that I booked through Skyscanner and that I need to contact your company to request the credit. Therefore, I am requesting a credit from Skyscanner to assist me with getting a credit to hold to use for another time within the year. Please let me know or I will make a complain to the better business bureau and also to put it on Medis, Facebook and Instagram about this issues.
