A couple of years ago I contacted you to reduce my payments from over £*** to £** aprox. Since then they have risen again to over £***. I have not altered my viewing preferences but you seem to be adding things onto, or altering my bill. I am a single pensioner who is not IT savi and have had great difficulty in contacting a human being by phone to discuss the reasons behind this **% increase in my bill. Not happy, and ready to cancel unless I get better customer service and a reduction of your exploitative increases in my payments.

How GetHuman3880601 fixed the problem
Fixed but not happy with the customer service at all. After numerous phone calls to different customer service numbers, and about one and a half hours of hanging on for communication with a human being, I had the brainwave of phoning a sales number. Surprise! surprise! I was speaking to someone within * seconds. When she decided that she wasn't going to sell me anything she agreed to put me through to someone who could sort my issue. My problem was that a contract had finished some months earlier and my subscription had increased by **% They had added HD and kids programmes to my package. I hadn't asked for them but apparently I didnt press the right button to object. No refund because it was my fault???? Then they had a real laugh and charged me £** for admin to change the package. Then I complained about the disgraceful, so called, customer service contacts. I was given the stock answer that 'they were very busy' . They were told, in no uncertain terms, that rather than blame the customer they should be employing more people to answer their customer service phones as opposed to their sales phones. I would have finished with sky many years ago but for the fact that they hold me hostage by having the monopoly on my favourite sports programmes. Roll on the time they go bust and the BBC take the sports programmes.
