Hi**My Skrill Account ID: *****@***.com (********)* and my Account is fully verified, I made withdraw requestion on *nd of June to my Bank Account but it is still pending. When i write to skrill saying "I have not received my payment in bank yet, SKILL replied back " o process your withdrawal our processing partner has requested some additional information: **- What is your profession?*- What is the name of the company you work for?**To send us the information, you can reply to this email. Please be advised that if we do not receive any update from you within ** hours, your case will be automatically closed. "**Which i have replied at the same time but still i have not received my payment and got below reply**"Thank you for contacting the Skrill Help Team.**This matter has now been escalated and we shall make every effort to offer a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible. Please note that it may take several days to review your case. We will contact you once we have an update. **Thank you for your patience."**Please help me out on this issue as soon as possible
