Hello, I am from Serbia. I have a bank account in euros, though my currency is dinar. It seems unnecessary for you to convert the amount when transferring funds to me. My boss sent me [redacted] euros, but it was automatically converted into my currency, resulting in a loss of 15 euros. I am frustrated because I cannot select the currency balance, which is always set to RSD. I anticipate losing another 15 euros when I withdraw this to my euro account. This back-and-forth exchange will lead to further losses. I prefer Transferwise because it allows me to choose EUR or RSD without any unnecessary conversions. I respectfully request the return of the 15 euros taken from me, as I want to keep the [redacted] euros as sent, rather than having 49,828RSD. Hello. I am from Serbia. I have a bank account in EURO, even though my currency is RS (dinar). It's frustrating because my currency is always converted. I can't even select euros, so 15 euros were deducted, which my boss sent. The automatic conversion to my currency cost me 15 euros. I wish I had the option to choose the currency balance. It automatically defaults to RSD, and converting back when transferring to my Euro bank account will probably cost another 15 euros. If I receive money in EUR again, I might end up losing 40 euros in total for no reason. I believe Transferwise is far superior. They allow you to select EUR or RSD without any hassle. I kindly ask for the 15 euros you took from me, as it doesn't make sense. I want my balance to show [redacted] euros as sent, not the converted 49,[redacted] RSD. Since I will transfer this amount directly to my Euro bank account, please enable that choice. I'm frustrated with your system's limitations, no offense intended. I want to avoid double conversions.

I am reaching out regarding my experience with using Skrill for the first time. I am very disappointed with the service provided. Despite receiving a withdrawal confirmation on March 14, [redacted], I have yet to receive my funds after 9 working days.
I withdrew 20 Euros from my trading account, only to be informed by my bank that I will only receive EUR1.4. This discrepancy, where EUR18.86 seems to have gone towards charges, does not make sense to me and is unacceptable.

I have not received any response from Skrill regarding my issue with resetting my password. Despite emailing them multiple times, I have not been able to access my account where I have $[redacted] that I urgently need for my nana's funeral expenses. I reached out to Spin Palace who recommended Skrill as a safe and easy way to access my funds, but it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. I am at a loss as I cannot get a reply and I even tried to close my account through my bank due to this problem. It's incredibly upsetting to be in this situation and I just want my money returned to my Westpac account in New Zealand under Linda Cox's details. I have been trying to verify my account by submitting photos, but I have not received any response. While I understand that some of my submissions may have been unacceptable, I believe I have sent in suitable verification photos that have not been reviewed. I submitted the photos multiple times through the app and website. Currently, my phone is inaccessible to me, making it challenging to find someone with a suitable camera to take a good shot. Unfortunately, Skrill has not reviewed or responded to my submissions. Despite receiving a couple of emails stating the photos were not acceptable, I have sent around ten batches of photos with no reviewing process or response. During this time, I was in custody for seven days, hoping to come out to find my account unlocked, but there has been minimal communication. This experience has been extremely exhausting and disappointing.
