We purchased annual passes last year in order to access a number of parks in each location. **We were advised that the annual pass could be collected from any park and used across the period of our trip. **We are a bit for profit children’s charity from Australia and took the trip to give a disadvantaged person a once in a lifetime experience. **We visited New Jersey, Texas, San Francisco and California locations. Unfortunately, the mother park for the passes was California. **We were unable to use or redeem the passes at both New Jersey, Texas and San Francisco. We were advised to pay for our entrance and used a deal from the Coca-Cola cans to get in a little cheaper. We were told to keep our tickets and seek a refund from the mother park.**When we attended the mother park on the last leg of our trip, the staff refused to give a refund on the tickets. The staff there were very rude and had us escorted off the property by security. **As you can imagine this was quite a shock and we have sent several letters and emails to you since the incident. **The original tickets were never redeemed and as an organisation we were financially disadvantaged. **We are running a similar trip this year, but we are not planning to visit your parks after our experiences. **This is a last ditched attempt to have someone look into this matter on our behalf. **Can you help at the *th time of asking? Or will we continue to be ignored?
