The issue in GetHuman-switchto's own words
We bought our tickets a week before I went for a specific date,Thursday the **th of November. We found out later that week that SoCal would be getting alot of rain, days after we had paid for our tickets. Now I call ahead that morning to see if the park (Six Flags Magic Mountain) would still be open so I wouldn't have to waste the *.* hour drive and gas money, I was was told that the park would be open and that some rides may close for periods of time if the weather turned sour but the Park would remain open period. When i got to the park at noon, the Park had just closed (even tho i had been told that wouldn't happen) and we were told that if I called or got in contact with someone, I could either get a return voucher or a refund. I would like a refund as I will not be free to use the tickets before the end of the year.
GetHuman-switchto did not yet indicate what Six Flags should do to make this right.
