Bought * season tickets and * day pass, was immediately kicked out of the park because one employee didnt like my shirt, and even though I turned it inside out, she persisted until we were all removed from the park, and I was threatened with arrest if I stopped for refund at window, or to get a complaint form against the employee. I called several times. I told them I would keep the * season tickets I bought as a gift for a friend and her daughter, as they live there. I live in Florida, and was only getting the tickets to use while I was in NY. I was told they would refund the * season tickets, and the day pas, and it would be refunded to my card within ** days..... * weeks later, I contacted again, as no refund ever came, and was told I would receive a return phone call, which also never came. Couple months go by, rinse repeat. "Phone call will be returned", and again no callback. This has been ongoing since last summer, and now I cant even get anyone on the phone
GetHuman-cregomi did not yet indicate what Six Flags should do to make this right.
