we have been members for serveral years. We have been visiting the park the last few weeks without a parking problem. Now I was stopped at the gate and said our parking has expired. My cards said active. What is going on This never ever happened before we buy the right time renew the right time and now no record of us being there*********************** says active gold combo pass and active parking and all of my family says active I was denied access at the gate my daugther's friend was with us we got in using her card the is crazy never happened. the day we renewed we got cards but the lady was having trouble with her scan we moved over and the man helped her we were sent to desk got new cards Now we paid all that money not to have gold member services any more *Jeanmarie Bellochi, Anthony Bellochi, Justina Bellochi, Alyssa Bellochi Arianna Bellochi Justina and Anthony went is once the day to renew Anthony was May *th no problems with parking Me and the others have been in several times never stopped. Im so confused and unhappy. Please correct our situation. I don't go on rides I go to pick up and drop off my husband and I will walk around and wait to they are ready. We did go on Safari we go once a year at beginning and we did it. Please help.. a
