I just recently bought season passes for me my daughter and her husband...unfortunately my is pregnant and not allowed to ride rides...also they decided to move to mid west and do not live with me anymore...that being said we didnt activate the passes yet bc we did not go to the park yet hence the pregnacy and they moved...i however dont want to cancel i want to change out their names for my two other family membets who do want to go with me to park..i dont see why it should be an issue because we have not done anything yet but pay for the first payment...i am the account holder acct * ********* my name is danielle deutsch...i pray this will be a simple process i have the names to replace my daughter and husband...please contact me asap as we wanted to go to park this holiday weekend and get permenant passes with the family members who will use the passes...my number is ********** again i am hoping u please ur customers and this wont be an issue as i dont want to cancel my passes i just want to replace the users as the account holder this should be possible due to circumstances...thank you i will await a response
