You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-davekilg's own words
I cant say it loud enough at my displeasure at you. Twice I have called you over the last year about Auto renewal after you charged me *** bucks for * cars. I made it clear that I did NOT want auto renewal because your service is not worth that much money.**Having customer service that doesnt speak English is obviously a downfall very big downfall with your customers as I was very clear to my wishes.**You then call on fathers day to tell me I have a bill because (Get this) a third time have to tell you I didnt want to renew my service.**I will send this and a copy of my past commuications to the BBB as I am thinking that this is nothing more then a sad tactic to get another yearly payment. **It's very sad that you put customers through this. **Dave W Kilgore*** Hopkins ave *Amelia Ohio *****
