Good afternoon, I purchased the Duo vacuum Feb.**** while using the product on my hard floor the roller popped off, there was nothing wrapped or pulling in the roller,a small orange piece holding the spring had broke. My vacuum has never been repaired or hard use. I called the company and the first call i was sent a new roller, I didn't need the roller just the small orange piece that holds the spring, I offered to send back the roller, I was told no that isn't necessary. I asked about the small piece was told that they couldn't send that, but I could purchase a whole new sweeper bottom for $**.**, I couldn't afford that, so then I was told they could give me a one time deal of $**.**. Why do I need to purchase that for a tiny piece that was flawed, again no hard use of object to damage this. I have used a shark since they were introduced, I had ordered my daughter the newest one, but cancelled after I found out that there is no help in fixing something I didn't break. I purchased my daughter the Dyson, she loves it, my next purchase will be one for myself. I called that company and was assured that they do not practice customer service this way. A simple fix was the only thing needed and I have to purchase a brand new sweeper head, that makes no sense.*Thank You*Jackie Simmons
