I contacted your company nearly two weeks due to my Shark *** series vacuum not working. I was sent a new part and as of today it is still not working. I called customer service on ******* to advise that I was still having an issue. I was told a pre-paid label would be sent to me to ship my vacuum back and a new one would be sent to me once your company received confirmation, my new vacuum would be sent. I never received my label, I called back today was told a new email would be sent to me in * minutes. I waited over an hour and called back because I never received the email. I was on the call for over ** minutes and basically got no where. The guy who answered the phone couldn't locate my account and I didn't understand him and he was not understanding my frustration. This a huge inconvenience for me, because I ave to borrow a vacuum to clean my home. I had to ask more than * times to speak to someone in management, which when I spoke to Omar he told me it was sent and I gave him another email and here it is ** minutes later and still no email with the pre-paid label. I asked him to also send it via US mail because I do not feel I should have to call back everyday to get this matter resolved. I am very disappointed with this process and as it stand today I will NEVER purchase a SHARK product again. The way this matter has been handled is ridiculous and I feel I have paid for a warranty that is worthless. You say you stand behind your product but as it stands, no one is trying to rectify this problem and this is not good customer service.
