Bought the Shark Duo that came with two batteries. After several months, one of the batteries will not hold a charge and lasts only a few minutes in the machine. Called for warranty replacement and they told me it would cost me $**.** to ship another battery to me. Plus the other one had to be shipped back! No wonder it comes with two batteries, you get one good one and an obvious reject battery for the second one!! I would like a new battery, covered under warranty, with no "shipping" charges added! This is my third Shark vacum. Overall, I am happy with this product. This battery issue tho is one that should be covered COMPLETELY under warranty with no charges to me , the consumer. I called *-* weeks ago and the woman I spoke to indicated you would send another battery. I have yet to see the replacement. According to the man I spoke to today, he has no record of that transaction! I feel I am getting the runaround by your company! I have been a very loyal customer over the years and have never asked for warranty work because you make a great product. This is my first battery operated vacum and other than the battery issues, I am overall happy with the product. I don't like being given false information and trying to be charged for something that should be covered under my warranty with no cost to me.
GetHuman-jxfire did not yet indicate what Shark Vacuum should do to make this right.
