I submitted a warranty claim for a faulty Craftsman wrench #[redacted]-GK-8 on 3/23/23. Upon review, Sears approved a $20 e-gift card for a replacement. However, I have not received the e-gift card nor any follow-up communication. I have checked my spam folder and have not found any emails.Seeking assistance on the status of the e-gift card I was supposed to receive based on the initial response from Sears Member Services.

My LG refrigerator, still under warranty, has two broken ice makers. I tried to get someone from Sears to fix it and do my maintenance, but they sent an outsourced technician who did not even perform the yearly maintenance. Now, I still have no ice makers. I paid $90 to an appliance company to come, and they told me it would cost $[redacted] to replace both ice makers. My Sears warranty states they should fix them or replace the whole fridge. The numerous changes in the repair process have adversely impacted me, resulting in job loss as a self-employed individual. Kindly have a representative contact me to address these issues promptly. On May 1st, a Sears Technician came to repair my ice maker in the freezer/refrigerator. Unfortunately, there was an email mix-up which caused me not to receive the payment receipt, work details, and 90-day warranty information. After contacting Sears to correct the email, I am still waiting for the information to be sent. I did not receive an email confirmation with an order number when I scheduled the repair online, only text messages for the appointment and Technician's arrival, both of which worked well. The Technician provided great service. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you, D.

I am experiencing two issues. Firstly, I have attempted for two days to buy a 77-inch RCA Television using my SHOO YOUR WAY Debit card with a $1,[redacted] limit. The TV costs around $[redacted], but my transaction is not going through. Secondly, I bought a Costway GT3701US-GN Lawn Mower about 2 months ago, and the batteries are not charging. Although there is no warranty specified, I believe there should be an implied warranty due to the recent purchase. I have been trying to resolve these problems for two days without success. I had an appointment scheduled for today, but it was suddenly canceled and rescheduled for 5/10/[redacted]. I've been waiting at home and would like to understand why this happened. My washer has been broken for too long, it was supposed to be fixed last month, and now I have to wait longer. Water is leaking when I use it, causing damage to the flooring. I urgently need my washer fixed as I can't keep dealing with this situation. Could someone please explain why my appointment was rescheduled?

Two repairmen visited my home last week to work on my dryer. Despite the replacement parts making it quieter, my clothes did not dry during a recent laundry cycle. The frustration of being without a working dryer for over a month continues. It seems the initial repair did not address the core issue. I had a technician named Hamayoon Azimi from Sears visit my home on January 10, [redacted], to address a gas leak issue reported by Washington Gas. After recommending a Sears warranty, which I acquired (contract number [redacted]0), he promised to return if needed. When I reached out to him on April 5, he did not respond. Subsequently, two Sears technicians confirmed no gas leak during a new visit arranged through customer service order [redacted]8. Despite my payments for the warranty and the service visit, totaling $[redacted].96, I was dissatisfied with the quality of service and the lack of resolution to the gas leak issue. Upon canceling the warranty on May 7, [redacted], I unexpectedly received a bill for $49.50 related to Hamayoon Azimi's initial visit. In my conversations with Jose from customer service, I encountered unhelpful responses and a lack of accountability. I seek the reversal of charges totaling $[redacted].96 and the removal of the $49.50 fee due to misinformation, unaddressed repair issues, and poor customer service from Sears. -Mandi Chapman

I placed an order for an electric dryer from Sears in November [redacted]. Sears provided me with a false delivery date of January 11th through a series of miscommunications in early January. Upon calling to inquire about the delivery time, they informed me that the item had not been shipped yet, leading me to cancel the order. Sears confirmed the cancellation over the phone. To inquire about the refund process, I contacted Sears in late January after the initial timeframe had passed. Despite being told to wait a few more days, the refund never appeared on my card. I encountered difficulties reaching out to Sears, losing access to my online account. Update: I managed to log back into sears.com, but my order is not visible. I now require assistance from a customer service representative.

I contacted Sears Home Services a few weeks ago about a light not functioning in the freezer of my Kenmore refrigerator. After paying a $75.00 co-pay, Premier Appliance came to my home on May 2, [redacted], to fix the refrigerator. The repairman informed me that parts needed to be ordered and a new appointment would be scheduled. It has been 3 weeks now, and I have not received the parts nor a new appointment date. I have attempted to reach out through various automated phone lines without success. All I can confirm is my initial appointment on May 2. I would like to know the status of the parts order and when the repair will be completed. -Jack W.

I have been a Sears Master Protection Agreement holder for 33 years. Lately, my Frigidaire gas range has required repair visits on multiple occasions. Per my agreement, if the product is not fixed after 3 or 4 visits, it should be replaced. Repair attempts were made on 11/15/[redacted], 11/17/[redacted], 3/27/[redacted], 4/15/[redacted], 5/2/[redacted], and 5/12/[redacted]. Sears has incurred costs for technician visits and unused parts, but the issue persists. Appointments have been rescheduled on 5/16/[redacted] and 5/26/[redacted] due to parts availability. Despite promises of a manager's callback, no action has been taken. Waiting for parts has been extended, causing inconvenience. After dedicating hours to resolve this, I urge Sears to replace the range to resolve this ongoing frustration.

My order number is W705123. I returned two parts. The first part had the printed RMA, but I forgot to print the RMA for the second part. I spoke with a Sears Direct representative who provided me with the missing RMA for the second part, which I then printed and included with the return. However, I have not received confirmation for the second part yet. It's possible that the person I chatted with only sent the RMA for the first part. Regardless, both parts were returned in their original packaging.

I purchased a part for a Sears riding lawnmower around 3 months ago. Due to the extended delivery time, I sourced the part elsewhere. I promptly called Sears Parts to cancel the order a couple of days after placing it. Unfortunately, the canceled part was delivered to my doorstep yesterday, which I returned unopened to UPS today. I kindly request confirmation that my credit card has not been charged and am looking for a credit of $48.37 to be processed. Order Number: C826491.

I returned two items in their original box. However, I only received credit for one item. When I requested a mailing label, they required one for each item, even though both were in the same box, so I sent them together. The items are still in transit. How will I receive credit for the second item? I couldn't find any phone number to speak to a person. My order number is #W705232.

I purchased a new set of 20-volt tools at Lowe's in Somerset, Pennsylvania. I expressed my satisfaction with the tools to the staff and subsequently bought more. Currently, I have two big batteries, four small ones, but unfortunately, my charger is malfunctioning. Upon returning to Lowe's for assistance, they insisted I purchase a new charger, leaving me feeling profoundly disappointed with their service. I am disheartened by this experience and will refrain from shopping at Lowe's in the future. It's unsettling to have to buy four more batteries and a replacement charger, given the circumstances.

I recently had a Sears Home Services repair technician visit to replace the element in my Kenmore oven. Unfortunately, despite the repair, my oven still doesn't work. The technician mentioned that the old element might have damaged the oven's "brain," making repair impossible. I discovered the new element left in the oven and need to return it. I scheduled another appointment, but worried about additional fees. Regrettably, I had to cancel as I cannot afford unexpected costs. I am having issues with the warranty service for my LG refrigerator, purchased less than a year ago. It seems to be a breach of contract. Despite having a protection plan, it has not been activated yet. The fridge stopped working months ago, and after a delayed communication response, the scheduled repair date is over a month away. The technician who came couldn't fix it and had to order a part. The situation repeated with the wrong part arriving, and after weeks, the correct part was ordered. Order Number [redacted]80 from Sears Marketplace Vendor GrowKart has not arrived yet. The 21-inch Husqvarna replacement push mower blade was supposed to be delivered on June 12, [redacted]. I have not received any confirmation of delivery from Sears.com or GrowKart. I attempted to reach out to online support for details on the delivery, but unfortunately, there is no option on the website to contact the vendor directly about the delivery. Can someone assist me with this order, please?

I purchased a recharging cord and a blade for my electric lawnmower from Sears. These items did not work and I was told I could return them for a refund. I am seeking assistance to obtain return authorization as I do not have the total order number but I have the order numbers for each part on the shipping package.
