I've been trying to reach Sears Home Services Plus to cancel my membership, but my attempts have not been successful. I have been transferred from one department to another with no resolution. When I finally spoke to a live customer service representative, they claimed they couldn't find my Home Services Plus membership number in their system, yet they still managed to auto-renew my membership and charge my credit card.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but unfortunately, it was not resolved in my favor. The Sears Customer Service number I found does not provide me with the option to cancel my membership.

I had a problem with my refrigerator not working. I contacted Sears, and they agreed to cover the cost of the part, with me responsible for the labor. After scheduling the appointment and the technician visited on Saturday, I was informed that the repair would cost $[redacted]. I mentioned that Sears had agreed to cover the part, but was told I was out of warranty. I've been a loyal customer, purchasing a kitchen full of Kenmore products without issue. I have been attempting to have my garage door opener fixed since March. It was purchased from Sears and is covered by a Master Protection Agreement. Despite multiple visits by a technician on 3/14, 5/16, and 6/27, the issue remains unresolved. The technician has ordered parts, including a logic board, which have not fixed the problem. Now, the same logic board is being reordered. I have already incurred $[redacted].00 in labor costs with more visits scheduled. Considering the ongoing expenses and time without a working garage door, I believe it would be more cost-effective to replace the opener. Sears is offering a Craftsman 1/2HP Garage Door Opener for $[redacted].88. As a loyal Sears customer for 46 years, I am frustrated with the lengthy process and delays in resolving this issue. I recently made a purchase from Sears Parts Direct for a washing machine part. Unfortunately, the part I received was incorrect. However, I ended up receiving two of the correct parts and one of them helped me successfully repair my machine. Now, I am looking to return the original incorrect part along with the extra part I did not need. I received part of my order from a marketplace seller, but the aluminum table was missing. The seller claims it was shipped, but I have no way to track it. I purchased part # [redacted]-39, sector steering gear for my [redacted] Husqvarna model GTH2548 (LOGT25H48B) and received order #[redacted]1. Unfortunately, the gear does not fit due to a size discrepancy when compared to my original gear. Upon inspection, the new sector gear from eBay measured 2.[redacted] inches, while my old one measured 2.[redacted] inches, resulting in a difference that prevents proper meshing with the steering shaft gear. The sector gear received from your end also measured 2.[redacted] inches, confirming it is too large for my model. It seems there was a size change in the replacement sector gear for newer models. I am frustrated with the lack of progress regarding my refund. On March 1st, I purchased a part from Carol Cox which is now unavailable. While I received my monthly refund from Sears, I am still waiting for a refund of over $[redacted] for the unavailable part. As a result, I still do not have a functioning stove, and despite being repeatedly assured that the refund is on its way, I have not received any updates. I have been waiting for two weeks for an update on whether my washing machine will be replaced or repaired due to a missing part. I contacted USPS, and they inquired about a N.W Washington DC address. Following this, I received an email from USPS explaining that while I reported delivery, they suspect it could be Lost or Stolen. I own a Bosch dishwasher that was not cleaning properly. The technician determined that water was not reaching the top rack and replaced the pump. However, there were difficulties connecting the water line, and after running the dishwasher, the issue persisted. Additionally, water was leaking from underneath the dishwasher. Our Kenmore washing machine suddenly stopped working. After a technician repaired it, it only lasted a week. Despite replacing parts, the issue persists.
