My name is Mike White and I am a ***% disabled combat veteran suffering from cancer. Back in **** heroes at home and Christmas in April built a room on the back of my house. At the end of the build Sears along with several other managers came in then offer me certain services as long as I continue to live in my home. Sears Auburn me a rebate for my heating and cooling package which was $*** per year that has been on since ****, however we had the heating and cooling warranty for over ** years. I've attempted to contact Sears on several occasions trying to get them to honor the warranty however this time I'm being told that they are not providing that service any longer. it was not a program it was not a special it wasn't anything like that it was something I was offered for being a veteran and Sears made it clear that I had that for the remainder of the time I lived in my home and if you look in the system you will see I paid ***.** since ****. I need help I need Sears to honor that agreement it's not my fault I've live longer than was expected it's a shame that now Sears is backing out and not honoring the arrangement I've had since **** how much now Sears is asking for $*** and I simply can't afford that.
