I ordered replacement springs for my garage. Tried a couple of times to find out the length of them, but was unable to get any information over the phone, and the internet site did not list any measurement information either. I ordered them thru Sears.com- "action packaged.com" When I received them, I wasn't able to use them due to other things that needed to be done on my farm priority list. I opened the package a couple of weeks later. They looked like the internet picture, but were not the length that I needed. I repackaged them in the same box and wrapped them in the material provided with the original box. I used the return label that action packaged provided, and sent the box thru ups as instructed. I copied the sheet that they provided for return, which stated they would refund my purchase within *-* days after they received it. It was returned on October *rd and as yet, my VISA statement on October **th does not show the amount of the purchase price of $***.** I wasn't able to return it earlier due to when I opened the box, and reaching the UPS office while open. I ended up giving it to a UPS driver on the road, that stopped in front of me while I was in town. He said,"if it has a label (which was the return label they provided, that stated "prepaid",) He was able to take it. I can scan my purchase VISA statement and email it to you as an attachment. Thank you for your assistance with this matter. PS: On the sheet it had an email : *****@***.com attention manager Monica. I sent her a message on November *th but haven't receive a return message yet.
