I received the wrong jeans and I had them returned using a SEARS UPS ticket. They were received and I have yet to receive my points credited back to my account. Each time I call SEARS customer service, it takes at the very least an hour to get in touch and then they always tell me the same thing and that is that I need to wait for the credit of points, This has been going on for several weeks and I am just frustrated that due to SEARS mishandling of my order, I need to wait all this time. All i want is to order the jeans again using my points which brought down the price to about ** dollars. I do not want to speak to someone in the Phillipines that I do no understand due to their poor telephone connection. My order number is ********* and my name is Hiram Sem. Please respond.
