Appointment today from *-**, Tech called when he got to my door @ *am. I told him that my grandson was there he can open the door my husband was pulling up. Tech came to the door, question my grandson of his age and turned around and left. I had told the tech before he even went to my door my husband was pulling up. Not even * min my husband called and saying were did he go. I called the tech phone ** times, left a message and texted him, no respond. I called the service dept and they stated they will send the tech a message to call me. I waited ** min, no call. I called service dept back and they apologized for the inconvenience and would send someone back out from *:** to ** pm. The tech reached out through text message. I have called back * or * time and get put on hold from **-** and still no answer. My refrigerator has been out for a week and cant wait another week. If my window was from *-** am, why was it so hard for the tech to wait * min he had * hours left. I need someone out asap.
