My mother in law purchased an LG refrigerator in December ****. In the last * months she has paid almost ***.** dollars in repairs. This does not include the lost food and the time spent waiting on technicians. There have been * technicians look at the refrigerator and until the last tech informed us that the parts ordered will not fix the problem. I contacted Sears customer service yesterday and talked to a rep her name was Cristy. This was one of the rudest phone conversation I have ever had with a customer rep of any company. I would like someone to contact us back either by phone or email that can solve this problem. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau due to the inefficient way this h as been handled by your company. You can either email me back at *****@***.com. Or you can call my phone at ***-***-****. This is a problem that Sears has and is well documented on several internet sites. Thank you for you time and cooperation.
