My name is Michael Brewster, long time customer of Sears. We have a home warranty contract * ******** and had a service call in September ****. (Repair job SCCL*ST**K-*) We received a home warranty claim offer on October *st offering a claim buy out of $****.** as the gas range could not be repaired. Exercised this option same day and have been told it was approved for payment on October *th. Check was mailed to the service address in error and not to our mailing address. The US Mail is not delivered to our home but only to our mail address at **** SVL Box, Victorville, CA *****-****. Have repeatedly called over the past * months to inquire why we haven’t received the check. Been told the original check was returned and it would be mailed to our correct address but haven’t received to date. Called again today and was told it would be reissued again. This is the same response I have been given over and over no matter who I talk to. Can anyone help us resolve this situation or does Sears just not care about their loyal customers any longer? I am tired of being shuffled off to people that have no authority. To resolve this. I have also requested a call back from management in your customer service, billing, and warranty claim departments and have not received any calls.
