Made a big purchase fir appliances on black Friday only to have Sears cancel the order twice. Called customer service numerous times, spoke to over ten customer service representatives only to get different reasons as to why. First they blamed my financial institution, then Sears didn't process the order correctly, then the items were not in stock and then Sears said that their delivery contractor refused to deliver some of the items when they already scheduled delivery for some of the items.So all I want is to receive ALL the items I ordered at the black Friday sale price. They (Sears) said they couldn't honor the sale price. My order number is *********. My email on file is *****@***.com and my cell phone number is *** *** ****.
