Hi, my name is Leena Masarweh and I went to the Sears in Salinas to get my front right tire replaced at the girl had such an attitude with me. Got a dirty look, patronizing tone of voice, didn’t smile, I am not trying to criticize anyone’s speech but I am a speech pathologist and filler words get under my skin. When I asked her if they have time to replace the front tire the right one she started off her sentence with the filler word “well” and it was in a condescending way. Not only am I a speech therapist and I’ve also had hurt from that filler word too because people have said it to me in a condescending way. Iridis was the girl who helped me out and she was beyond rude and condescending when she said it. Also when I came back to the store to pick up my car and pay, my mother had texted me her card info since I’m on a budget and couldn’t pay on my own card. So I showed her the picture in the text and I get the policy that you may not be able to enter credit cards manually but no reason to have an attitude with me for that. Then when I said ok fine I’ll do my own card she said ya please in such a ****** way and I hate stuck up people. I tried to complain to her manager and he didn’t give a ****. It was an older Asian man. I also tried to call HR but no answer. It was at the Salinas location and they either need to close the shop or get their act together they are going to loose customers since I’m not the only one who had a bad experience. The lady’s name was Iridis and she was beyond rude. I’m never going back there unless she avoids that filler word I mentioned that gets under my skin or doesn’t clean her attitude up. Please let me know when you’ve talked to the Salinas teams auto department and please contact me ASAP or have the girl Iridis from the Salinas team contact me ASAP too and apologize to me same with the manager.
