On Oct **, **** we had a service man come to the house to look at a window air conditioner, model ***.*****. We had problems with it kept stopping and starting. He diagnosed the problems and ordered the parts that day. This product was purchased * years ago,and has an extended warranty, we just renewed it for ****. The tec who is an excellent example of what your company should strive to be like, told us to tell sears that a rush was needed on this fix because it is an rented apartment,an someone’s was living there at the time! So here we are this *th day of November and we are still waiting for rest of the parts to be delivered. We have called all your *-*** numbers, emailed you and still you have not given us a response to the delay! We respectively ask that you remedy this.
