So now it is Tuesday July **th, I have waited all day for the refrigerator delivery. I did get a call last evening that the refrigerator would be delivered between *:** to *:** pm. No refrigerator, at *:**pm!Finally showed up at *:**. Very nice young men! Hope it is as good as they say!!

The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue or complaint to the Better Business Bureau. You can also submit the issue to the local Manager.

So I bought a refrigerator on *** to be delivered on ****. I waited all day, called the delivery service maybe ** times. No delivery happened. Finally got to visit with store manager, very nice and saw the problem that customers aren't getting calls before delivery. Fast forward to ****, I told them we had a big family wedding and to deliver the fridge on Monday ****. So never got a call re: time of delivery. So up at *am & called the delivery schedulers thru Sears, they said the window would be between *am to *pm. Then I get a call from a center in Colorado saying the delivery service for the Sears in Billings MT DOES NOT deliver on Mondays. So I at maximum frustration and wonder why this customer service center for delivery didn't know that their was NO DELIVERY SERVICE ON MONDAYS IN BILLINGS??? I can't believe the run around I have gotten. Why didn't tell me in the first place that NO MONDAY DELIVERY available??
