My refrigerator is less than * year old and the ice maker stopped working.We purchased the extended warranty when we bought the refrigerator hoping it would help with service . We called for repairs and we got an appointment ,it was for * weeks later.We told everyone we talked to from Sears that our ice maker was not working , but the repairman came and couldn’ t fix it because he did not bring a new ice maker but said he would come back in * more weeks.I am so mad and disappointed that Sears has become such a shoddy company,used to think they were the best in customer service that is why we shopped there,but never again and I will tell everyone just how sorry you have become. no wonder stores are closing.
