I have spent * hour and ** mins in a Kmart to pick up a ship to store item that no one could find. Not only could they not find the item, I was not refunded and the manager could not even be bothered to come and talk to me. *I have also spent over ** mins on the phone with the customer services reps in another country who like to read scripts and can not help me. I have lost my $** free cash, I have yet to be refunded the *.** which was charged to my card. Your customer service is horrible, it must be rated the worst!!! It's no wonder your stores are all closing. Will no longer be doing any business with sears or kmart. please refund the $*.**. *The order ************Sales check **************It's no wonder the service is so horrible, it's not consequences for the employees.
