I have already had a repair man come out and diagnosis my problem with my refrigerator and he order parts. My refrigerator is only * years old and the parts were covered by the warranty but I had to pay for the repair mans fees which was over $***. The parts did not come in last week like he said so yall had to reschedule the repair appointment. I talked the a man from Sears this morning and he said my appointment would be next Tuesday on June * between *pm-*pm. Then I get an email that says " I will be charged another $**.** diagnostic fee and the date and time says June * between *am-*pm". I have been a long customer of Sears and I have always had excellent service with their products until this. My order number is ***************.*I have to work too and I have to take off work to meet the repair man so a more specific time would be greatly appreciated and I would prefer the *pm-*pm on Tuesday June *, ****.*Thank you
