My spouse and I purchased a dishwasher from Sears on March 16, [redacted] (Order #[redacted]08) for pickup, but it faced multiple delays. After contacting Sears, we canceled that order and re-placed it for delivery under Order #[redacted]31. Despite being given a new delivery date of May 3, this has also been postponed. We received another message confirming another delay, causing frustration. We are unsure of the status of our dishwasher and seek clarification. We are eager to receive the dishwasher we purchased and hope to resolve this ongoing issue with Sears Home Delivery promptly. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am attempting to contact the department that phoned me regarding the delivery of a refrigerator and range I purchased from Sears. I misplaced the number provided during the call. Originally, both items were set for delivery on October 21, but I rescheduled it for October 22. Initially, only the refrigerator was available. I agreed to wait for both to be ready in the warehouse. The new delivery date was November 1. I received an email from Costco about the delivery on November 1, even though I do not have an account with them. After waiting past the scheduled timeframe, I called and was informed that Sears was waiting for the refrigerator. I am frustrated with the delay and lack of clear communication. I prefer speaking to a live person in English to arrange a suitable delivery date. I am unsatisfied with the current scheduling process and feel my patience is being taken advantage of. I request the correct phone number or a call from the delivery scheduler. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I would like to confirm my recent refrigerator purchase from Sears.com. The fridge was delivered late by Costco, and despite their setup, it isn't cooling properly. I have contacted Sears, and they have scheduled a pickup for 2/1 for a full refund. I hope they honor their promise as I prefer not to repair a new appliance. Additionally, unused ice maker parts were left from the setup. Thank you, Natalie Kluska.

I had a barbecue delivery scheduled from Sears in mid-November for 11/29. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive after waiting all day. Following that, there was a rescheduled delivery set for 12/1, but it did not arrive either. Another attempt was made for today, with a time of 8:30-10:30 am, and once again, no delivery came. This situation has caused me to waste valuable time over three days, impacting my job as I had to take time off. I insist that the BBQ be delivered and assembled without any extra charges given the inconvenience. The lack of human contact for inquiries or complaints is frustrating and unacceptable.

The Sears worker arrived to set up our refrigerator but refused as they expected the water line disconnected. I needed a moment to confirm with my husband if it was done, but they insisted it should have been prepared. Even after explaining I had paid for the setup, they persisted. I informed them my husband had already shut off the water and my aunt was disconnecting the cord. Unfortunately, they ignored me and loaded the refrigerator back onto the truck, insisting I should have been prepared.
