order ********* sales check ************* Order placed on ********* payed for online rec'd email from sears ********* *:** AM that merchandise was ready for pick up @ Sears store Statesboro, GA Traveled from South Carolina to pick up the pool table *********. Told to sign their ticket and to drive to the side doors and the staff would load the merchandise The owner (Gary Cooler) then came out and stated the pool table was not delivered. I emailed this info twice to your customer service and then rec'd an email advising sorry for the delay and my order is being processed. Since then I have received two emails from Sears wanting my rating on the merchandise as if I already have it. I had my neighbor with me and he witnessed everything. I checked the tracking on line after returning from Statesboro and the reply was that the merchandise has been picked up. I would appreciate someone research the situation, advise me of what happened, deliver the merchandise or refund my $ ***.**
