16 digit card number, Name on the account, Last 4 of SSN, Billing Address, and Your birthday
The issue in GetHuman-zanaefis's own words
You guys (SEARS Credit Card Services) KEEP putting an automated system to call me!! This feels like harassment at this point. After I get the call and listen to the prompts, I press key the number to speak to a representative and specifically ask him to put me on your do not call list (*. I DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH YOU AND HAVE NEVER HAD ONE IN MY LIFE & *. I DON’T WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY YOU ANYMORE AT ALL!) So I ask him to do that and then he calls me the n- word a sayin “your the one who called n——-“ and hangs up. I DEMAND to know who my call was wired too in that office or wherever because this is DISGUSTING! I don’t even know how you have my number anyway, but the one of your representatives stating racial slurs at me is UNACCEPTABLE. I want someone to contact me immediately, you should be embarrassed! Mind you I had my phone on speaker and was not the only one in the room who heard what he sounded like said.
