Case number ********. Trying set up a RMA for a warrantied Hybrid drive. But, I've been shuffled from one representitive to another. In my last correspondence I was asked to provide my details for shipment. No problem. When I did, I was promptly informed that, "due to postal restrictions in Kuwait, SEAGATE will be unble to send you a replacement drive." I live in Dubai. United Arab Emirates. * Compounding my frustration is, the time taken between correspondance is one full work day.
GetHuman-staftjr did not yet indicate what Seagate Technology should do to make this right.
